ITC Federal is seeking a skilled Enterprise Content Management Specialist to support our Department of Justice (DOJ) National Security Division (NSD) program. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and administration of OpenText Content Server and Kofax Capture solutions, ensuring reliable document management and capture capabilities that support mission-critical operations. The position will provide technical support and training to end users, assist with system configuration and change management processes, and help maintain stable, secure environments for enterprise content management systems. The candidate will also develop training materials, deliver user training sessions, and communicate technical information clearly through both written documentation and verbal presentations. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with government stakeholders to ensure effective use of document capture and content management technologies supporting the National Security Division's mission. Responsibilities
Install, configure, and administer instances of OpenText Content Server, Kofax Capture Server, and Kofax Capture clients.
