Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS




  • Collects, aggregates, and analyzes data from multiple internal and external sources to drive insights into business performance.
  • Produces actionable reports that show key performance indicators, identifies areas of improvement into current operations, and displays root cause analysis of business cases.
  • Creates, maintains, and continues to optimize weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, streamlining processes and creating new processes when needed.
  • Consults with team members across the organization to support their business unit by providing data analysis and insights.
  • Reviews technical and process documentation, ensuring policies, procedures, and process maps remain up to date.
  • Contributes to the formulation of data definitions, policies, standards, and dashboard statistics.


  • Completes special projects and ad hoc analysis as required.
  • Keeps management informed of activities, progress toward established objectives, and of any significant problems.


  • Promotes and establishes strong, positive and productive working relationships within the organization through commitment to the company's purpose, mission and core values.


Starting Salary: $74,500 annually

Qualifications
Education
Bachelors of Finance (required)
Experience
*Understanding of statistical analysis, including regression, predictive, and cluster analysis; knowledge of data modeling and integration (ETL) designs and approaches (required)
*Knowledge of database querying and data visualization software. Experience with Tableau preferred. (required)
3 - 5 years: *3-5 years professional experience in data analysis, data science, business intelligence, or similar roles. (required)
*Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Finance, Information Systems, Business or related field. Graduate degree or other professional certification preferred. (preferred)
