Position Summary

SUMMARY:

Under supervision, provide customer service and assist patrons
both in-person and on the telephone.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform cashiering duties, including cash handling, making change,
scanning merchandise to ensure correct pricing, customer sales, and
merchandise returns.
Serve as
a greeter.

Stocking/merchandise store shelves, displays, and store fixture.

Light cleaning to ensure professional store appearance.

Some data entry and data look-up of information.

Other job-related duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
REQUIRED:

Must be friendly, reliable, out-going, and customer service oriented.

Experience with business and/or retailing preferred, but not required.

Store Sales Associates for the Maxwell Museum Store will Interact with the
public, answers questions about merchandise,
organizes displays, stocks merchandise, and operates a point-of-sale system to
record transactions. Work hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00am - 4:00pm.
