Position Summary The Program Director, Digital Learning, will lead the strategic development, implementation, and management of new graduate-level online education initiatives at the Duke Global Health Institute (DGHI). This position is responsible for building and launching innovative digital academic programs, including fully online and hybrid graduate offerings, in alignment with DGHI's mission to achieve health equity globally. While digital learning will be the primary focus of this role, the program director position will also include responsibilities related to the planning, coordination, and enhancement of DGHI's residential undergraduate and graduate academic programs. The role focuses on curriculum development, faculty engagement, course scheduling, learning technology implementation, marketing and student outreach, and coordination with key Duke University administrative units. The Program Director will work closely with faculty leadership, the DGHI Education team, The Graduate School, the University Registrar, Duke Visa Services, and other university stakeholders to ensure academic excellence, operational effectiveness, and compliance with university policies.
