Job Title: Implementation Manager - Growth Assignment

Location(s): Des Moines, IA

Role Description:
The Integration Manager will coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties to migrate Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) connections from IBM File Gateway to GoAnywhere. The analyst is expected to understand the user requirements for initiating SFTP builds, communicate with external parties about the build, troubleshoot, and resolve issues while implementing the new credentials with the external partners.
This will be an individual contributor role and will report to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact internal and external parties and communicate expectations, requirements, and timeline for migrating SFTP connections.
  • Manage migration timelines and target completion dates.
  • Regularly report migration status and completion rate for all assigned connections.
  • Contribute to the installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of systems File Transfer applications, tools and related software.
  • Manage large amounts of data in Excel, using filters, pivot tables and macros.

Skills & Experience:

  • Must have excellent organizational and written & verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with successful technology migrations across enterprise platforms.
  • Ability to manage projects and hold parties accountable for delivering according to established timelines.
  • Knowledge of File Transfer, Encryption / Decryption Protocols, and key management and experience with a SFTP platform such as GoAnywhere or File Gateway.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
