We're looking for an Administrative Assistant I who's enthusiastic about organization and dedicated to keeping operations running seamlessly. This entry-level role supports a wide range of administrative activities and is ideal for someone who thrives on creating order out of complexity and takes pride in being a reliable, detail-focused contributor. In this role, you'll independently organize and prioritize recurring tasks within established guidelines and perform routine assignments that help keep your team moving forward. You'll also identify and resolve problems of limited scope and support the team by managing information, documentation, and day-to-day administrative needs. If you have the precision of a planner, the mindset of a problem-solver, and the communication skills of a true collaborator, this is an opportunity to make a real impact through dependable operational support. Start times are no earlier than 6 a.m. and end times no later than 6 p.m. Hybrid: Metropolitan's current practice in this position is a hybrid work schedule. This typically includes two days a week in person and the other days remote. This is subject to change dependent on organizational needs. In addition, a telework policy is scheduled for negotiations and once completed and implemented, will provide final direction on the hybrid schedule.
