Assistant Project Manager Store Development & Design

PURPOSE:


As an Assistant Project Manager Store Development and Design you will support the foundation that brings new adidas stores to life across North America. You will help plan design and deliver new store openings remodels and capital improvements that elevate the consumer experience. Working closely with internal teams and external partners you will support project plans set clear expectations and ensure every milestone is met on time within budget and aligned to our design and quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • Coordinate project planning meetings with internal teams and external partners ensuring alignment from concept through delivery


  • Maintain project tracking tools capturing risks actions and progress updates to keep all teams informedSupport cross functional coordination for new store openings across full price and outlet concepts


  • Partner with external vendors and consultants to track timelines checkpoints and deliverables


  • Assist in refining Store Design processes ensuring clarity consistency and continuous improvement

REQUISITE EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS




  • 3+ years experience in project management supporting retail construction or design


  • Ability to read and interpret PDF drawing sets including fixture packages design documents and architectural plans


  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience


  • Ability to alternate between sitting and standing for extended periods


  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time if needed
