What You'll do:

Design Thinking: Leverage design thinking methodologies to address complex challenges and develop innovative solutions that align with business objectives.

User Research: Conduct, analyze, and apply UX research and data insights to deeply understand user needs and behaviors.

Ideation: Collaborate with domain experts, product managers, and engineers to brainstorm and develop creative solutions to meet user needs.

UX Design: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and improvements, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience.

Documentation: Develop comprehensive design specifications and documentation to guide development and ensure proper implementation of designs.

Development Support: Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications and seamless integration with existing frameworks.

Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure design consistency across products.

What You'll Bring:
Experience: Over 6 years of UX/UI experience working in fast-paced environments, with a solid portfolio of real-world projects that highlight your design process and results.

Expertise: Advanced proficiency with Figma, our preferred design and prototyping tool

Knowledge: Deep understanding of UX principles, design thinking, interaction design, and usability best practices. Experience with a variety of UX deliverables (wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, etc.), and a keen sense of what tool(s) for the specific problem.

Self-Learning: Enthusiasm for learning new domains and a strong ability to grasp complex business requirements.

Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.

Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to solve complex design challenges.

Adaptability: Capable of adjusting to shifting priorities and effectively incorporating feedback into design iterations.

Design Systems: Experience with building design systems and platform design work.
