The Manager II, Loan Operations is primarily responsible for all aspects of management of the department operations overseeing processes related to loans for Consumer, Private Bank, Business Banking, SBA and the Commercial Lines of Business. The Manager must have an excellent understanding of legal/regulatory compliance and internal policies as it applies to the loan documentation, lien perfection, system functionality and departmental process and procedures. The Manager must be familiar with RESPA/TILA/FCRA/SCRA/Mortgage Servicing Rules/BSA/UDAAP and other various regulations that could affect the processes and compliance along with all applicable internal Bank policies. The Manager ensures the department operations functions efficiently, accurately and timely for BOKF. This position is responsible for management of front-line staff, however, may handle workflow/production management through team leads or work directors. Team Culture

Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of Bachelor's Degree in Management or Financial Accounting with 6 years operations experience with at least 3-4 years experience in a supervisory capacity or equivalent experience of 10 years in operations which includes at least 3-4 years in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
