Specifically, we are looking for aTS/SCI cleared Strategic Workforce Manager - SME to support this mission in Tampa, Florida. Responsibilities: As a Strategic Workforce Manager SME, you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:
Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks. Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. Recognized as an industry leader with domain expertise. May supervise others.
- Provides authoritative leadership for workforce strategy, personnel readiness, and enterprise engagement across the task order. Shapes staffing execution, talent development, and organizational change in alignment with command mission priorities.
- Directs strategic workforce planning and personnel execution across all enterprise regions.
- Establishes standards for PRD alignment, readiness tracking, and staffing fulfillment.
- Interfaces with senior leadership, government stakeholders, and subcontractor teams.
- Leads development of training, onboarding, and employee development programs.
- Shapes enterprise workforce strategy in coordination with PMO initiatives.
- Oversees readiness reporting and surge support in government-directed tools.
- Advises on talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
- Promotes innovation and collaboration across the command.
- Ensures synchronization of personnel data across readiness systems.
- Recognized for expertise in federal workforce strategy, change management, and enterprise optimization.
- Utilize the following TO Management & Financial Tracking Tools (Task Order portal, Microsoft Power Platform [Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate], G Invoicing API, ASSIST portal integration, variance analysis dashboards); Scheduling & Planning Tools (MS Project, GFP management modules, WBS tracking systems); Workflow & Tracking Tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, automated RIP/CTP/TAR workflows); Documentation & Knowledge Management Tools (SharePoint libraries, Confluence, Microsoft Search, lessons learned databases, video library repositories); Audit & Compliance Tools (Archer GRC, internal audit portals, Excel/SharePoint audit templates, configuration management database with version control); Reporting & Analytics Tools (Power BI with R/Python integration, Tableau, predictive analytics engines, trend analysis dashboards); Collaboration & Communication Tools (Teams, role based access via Azure AD, mobile access via Power Apps)
- Utilize the following Role-Specific Tools: PRS dashboards, DOCPER/BACO 90 systems, readiness tracking tools, site Playbooks
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Strategic Workforce Manager or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level; Minimum of 10 years' experience to include prior supervisory/managerial experience.
- A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level
- US citizenship is required
Work Environment:
- Location:Tampa, FL
- On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presence required for equipment management and asset tracking
- Travel:May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites for logistics coordination and facility assessments

Target Salary Range
$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
