Position Summary: Milliman MedInsight is seeking a Senior Director, Product Strategy to lead and manage the Product Strategy team with a primary focus on execution, portfolio management, and successful go-to-market for new and existing product lines. This is a player coach role: a hands-on operator who can set clear priorities, coach best practices, and help the team deliver outcomes-while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, General Managers, and go-to-market functional partners. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this role will strengthen how MedInsight evaluates, launches, and scales products by building operational rhythm and clarity across the portfolio. The Senior Director will be accountable for turning strategy into execution: clear deliverables, clean handoffs, measurable outcomes, and disciplined prioritization. This role requires a leader with significant experience in product delivery, a proven record of influencing senior executives and peers, and a strong drive to exceed organizational targets and accelerate market success. We are looking for someone who is comfortable being close to the work, can influence and unblock across teams, and can build trust through clarity, follow through, and pragmatic decision-making.
