The Sr. Specialist - Marketing Experiences plays a key role in shaping and delivering cohesive local and test marketing initiatives, ensuring they move smoothly from strategy to execution across all touch points - on premise and off premise. Reporting to the Director - Marketing Experiences, The Senior Specialist partners closely with Brand Strategy, Channel Leads, and crossfunctional teams to help align experience goals and ensure consistent, highquality execution. The role also supports Managers on the team on larger national initiatives through coordinating communication and needs across cross functional and external partners.

Responsibilities
  • Play key role in development of holistic marketing experiences for local and test initiatives across all channels.
  • Serve as the primary creative lead for all external agency work tied to local and test initiatives.
  • Support development of experience briefs and ensure cross-functional clarity around goals and expectations.
  • Contribute and support national initiatives as needed.
  • Support measurement, learning, and continuous improvement across initiatives.


What we expect from you
  • preferred: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, design, or related field
  • 4-7 years' experience in marketing coordination, brand experience, creative strategy, or related roles
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects and maintaining workflow alignment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; able to simplify complexity and keep teams aligned
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail
Expected Work Location (In Office): It is expected that you will primarily perform work at the Wendy's Restaurant Support Center (RSC) (1 Dave Thomas Blvd, Dublin, OH 43017), or at other location(s) as designated by the Company. You are required to work in the office at least 4 days a week. Changes to work location arrangements are subject to managerial approval and business needs. #LI-Onsite

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. The target annual bonus for this role is 10% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
