The Key Account Executive - Strategic Commercial Accounts serves as a strategic business partner to high-value commercial clients, applying deep industry expertise, market insight, and data-driven consulting to drive growth, retention, and long-term client value. This role is accountable for managing and expanding complex, strategic client relationships while shaping benefit strategies that align with clients' organizational, workforce, and financial objectives. The Key Account Executive operates as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, collaborates closely with internal partners to deliver integrated solutions, and guides clients through an evolving healthcare landscape with professionalism and strategic foresight. This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite at our Minnetonka, MN office, on average, 3 days per week. The full salary range for this position is $126,000-$216-000. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for incentive plan compensation in addition to base salary.
