Position Summary:
The University of Wisconsin-Platteville is seeking an Associate Director of Platteville Analytics and Institutional Reporting Services (PAIRS). This position assists with the planning and direction for the administrative operations of the PAIRS department to advance institutional program goals and objectives. The Associate Director of PAIRS partners with the Associate Chancellor to provide team leadership, data analyses, and policy reports to inform strategic planning, decision-making, and resource allocation for the university. The Associate Director will collaborate with other university offices, including Academic Affairs, Enrollment Management & Marketing, Facilities and ITS to positively enhance enrollment, expand accreditation and fulfill sustainability through data-researched decision making and guidance. This is a full-time position, benefit and paid leave eligible, with a salary of $80,000 per year. The position is hybrid, with regular in-person responsibilities and flexible work-from-home options.
