As a Security Officer Campus Patrol in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will deliver outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity every day.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, entrances, and perimeter checkpoints, as assigned.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by monitoring entry points, checking credentials when required, and reporting suspicious behavior and/or policy violations.
• Support daily operations by observing lobby and public areas, assisting with directions and visitor questions, and completing assigned reports related to security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 2 or more years of security-related experience.
• Be 21 or more years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, which is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
