Sr. Program/Product Manager

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

The Product Manager is responsible for planning and leading complex, cross-functional IT initiatives that enable business transformation, modernization, and scalable growth. This role will be responsible for driving several concurrent strategic initiatives from early idea inception to production release. The Product Manager communicates proactively with key business partners and executives to build positive relationships and ensures delivery of IT commitments. This role provides leadership to IT and cross functional teams to manage change and deliver cloud-based solutions using modern Agile practices.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

This position reports to the Vice President of Information Technology and is a business facing leader to prioritize, plan, and implement IT initiatives for Tree Top. This role will assist the VP of Information Technology in developing an IT strategy and roadmap, ensuring to optimize value of technology and data investments for Tree Top. This role partners closely with IT leadership to ensure cohesive integration with overall delivery of IT. The position partners closely with Tree Top sponsors, stakeholders, and vendor partners.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENTRY:

KNOWLEDGE OF:



  • IT portfolio, program management, product management, change management, budget management, and project management
  • Leading large-scale IT transformations and complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and modern product delivery practices
  • Strong leadership presence and ability to meet Tree Top, IT department, and personal goals.
  • Hands-on experience delivering cloud-based solutions and modern enterprise platforms
  • Demonstrated success driving change management and stakeholder alignment
  • Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to senior and executive leadership
  • Experience with modern cloud applications (i.e. ERP, CRM) and data & analytics platforms


ABILITY TO:



  • Proven ability to lead large and complex business and digital transformations.
  • Ability to lead initiatives leveraging AGILE methodologies and best practices.
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
  • Lead organizations through significant change.
  • Partner and manage strategic vendor partners.
  • Lead complex matrix teams and drive successful outcomes.


EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION/LICENSES, AND TRAINING:



  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology, or related field is preferred, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT program management, product management, or related leadership roles
  • Proven experience leading large-scale IT transformations and complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and modern product delivery practices
  • Hands-on experience delivering cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern enterprise platforms
  • Demonstrated success driving change management and stakeholder alignment
  • Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to senior and executive leadership
  • deep experience leading large-scale technology transformations, managing change, and delivering cloud-based solutions using modern Agile practices.
  • Experience leading ERP, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), data & analytics platforms, or enterprise SaaS initiatives
  • Formal certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master, and/or Change Management preferred.


Pay Information

Salary Range: $111,900 to $179,000 annually

Target Starting Range: $115,000 to $130,000 annually
