Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will support access activity, respond to site needs, and contribute to a caring, agile team that values reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, loading and shipping areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and/or contractor entry as directed by site protocols, and report irregularities involving deliveries, trailers, or restricted areas.
• Document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in required reports, and assist with following post orders related to the flow of people, vehicles, and materials.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
