Job Description Summary

Provide Leadership, work flow coordination, contract execution and overall direction and guidance to
ensure the accurate completion of all required tasks as stated in the contract

Primary Duties

  • Plan and coordinate a work plan that identifies and sequences tasks to be staged and processed to ensure service level agreement workloads are completed accurately and as stated in the contract.

  • Oversee and direct the overall execution of the Quality Control Plan.

  • Prepare and maintain a system of control to record the receipt and distribution of incoming workloads with the ability to make any necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness to the reporting method.

  • Complete and submit employee evaluations and contract reports as scheduled or required. Contract reports will include spreadsheets and reports reflecting analysis made, discrepancies noted and corrective action taken.

  • Proactively communicate issues and concerns internally and externally and follow through until the issue has been resolved- send an email status to the correct resource within 5 business days until the issue has been resolved.

Additional Duties

  • * Process task with focus on detail and accuracy.

  • * Conduct scheduled meetings.

  • * Assist in the submission of monthly reports.

  • * Provide performance information to your supervisor on a routine basis.

  • * Provide guidance to staff.

  • * Write clear, accurate descriptions of events and/or situations.

  • * Take the lead in resolving employee issues or concerns.

  • * Assist with the accountability of Service Level agreement workload completions

  • * Write employee counseling reports as required and under the guidance of your supervisor.

  • * Coordinate with rehabilitation Counselor to solve behavior/attendance issues.

  • * Participate in the selection and evaluation of personnel.

  • * Promote customer satisfaction in a professional and courteous manner identifying customer needs or concerns and providing quality products of service.

  • * Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Certification(s)

  • High school diploma or General Educational Diploma (GED) required.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Two years of management experience in a related field required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Self-motivated and team player.

  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks with efficiency.

  • Ability to read, comprehend, interpret, prepare, edit and revise various documents.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Very organized and detail oriented.

  • Ability to solve practical problems.

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
