Project Manager Job Summary

Lead projects from inception to completion delivering exceptional outcomes while building strong client relationships and fostering collaborative team environments. Manage project planning, budgets, and quality control while driving continuous improvement and innovative project management practices.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Management

  • Successfully manage and lead projects from inception to completion ensuring highest quality delivery within timelines and budgets
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, track progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues
  • Implement robust quality control measures ensuring project deliverables meet highest standards and client expectations
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members ensuring effective communication throughout project lifecycle
  • Lead and motivate project teams fostering culture of collaboration and empowering individuals to achieve best performance
  • Ensure high levels of team engagement and performance through effective leadership

Budget & Financial Management

  • Track project finances ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and provide accurate cost forecasts
  • Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures throughout project lifecycle

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement innovative project management practices
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and leverage digital tools and technologies
Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
  • 4-6 years' experience in project management, preferably in real estate or construction industry

Technical Competencies

  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices
  • Understanding of project planning, budget management, and quality control processes

Core Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain diverse stakeholder relationships
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Preferred Qualifications

Advanced Certifications & Experience

  • Professional certification in project management (PMP)
  • Experience working in global and matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and learning

Specialized Knowledge

  • Knowledge of industry-specific building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
  • Familiarity with digital tools and technologies in project management
  • Understanding of innovative project management practices and process improvement methodologies

Leadership & Adaptive Skills

  • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in fast-paced environment
  • Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing best practices
Working Conditions

Professional office and project site environment requiring flexibility for site visits, client meetings, and project demands. Position supports collaborative culture with opportunities for career growth and advancement in global organization.
