SUMMARY: Provide leadership, supervision, oversight, and support for the implementation of the Carl Perkins federal grant. Provide compliance monitoring activities of the Perkins federal grant sub-recipients ensuring program and fiscal compliance with applicable federal and state laws. Assist in the implementation of Perkins federal legislation through local application review, approval, and technical assistance to sub-recipients. Employment contingent on Federal funding. Salary and Benefits:$66,375.50 - $74,861.82
Total salary and benefits package valued at $82,097.30 - $91,222.38.
Management Responsibility: Supervision, including performance reviews of Carl Perkins staff. Communication Skills: Requires ability to read, analyze and interpret federal legislation, professional journals, financial reports, and legal documents as necessary. Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the community. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manual. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. Mathematical Skills: Requires ability to apply moderately complex mathematical calculations. Requires strong financial management skills. Reasoning Skills: Requires ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Requires ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables Licenses, Certificates, Registrations: Requires valid state driver's license. Physical Demands: Ability to lift to 25 pounds with reasonable accommodation. Work Environment: Position is based in Stillwater. Requires in-state and occasional out of-state travel. When not in travel status, normal office conditions are present.
