What You'll Do:

  • Morning Hospitality Service: Prepare fresh tea, coffee, and lemonade daily for the first-floor vending area and the sixth-floor kitchen, ensuring all beverage stations are fully stocked and inviting.
  • Equipment Stewardship: Perform daily cleaning, sanitization, and routine maintenance of coffee machines on every floor to ensure consistent quality and operational uptime.
  • Inventory and Supply Management: Proactively monitor and order building stock, including soft drinks, breakroom disposables (paper towels, utensils), and condiments to prevent shortages.
  • Executive & Board Meeting Support: Provide essential support for high-visibility board meetings, including the professional setup of refreshments and efficient cleanup post-event.
  • Conference Room Logistics: Deliver and refresh beverage orders for conference rooms throughout the building, ensuring meetings are supported with prompt and professional service.

Qualifications

Skills You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred 2-4 years prior experience.
  • Must have the ability to lift or move up to 45 pounds.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Self-Motivated: Initiates and takes action before being required to do so. Collaborates with others to address issues that arise.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Uses time efficiently; finds the answers and makes sure the situation is take care of correctly.
  • Resourceful: Deals skillfully and promptly with new situations.
