What this job involves:

Lead from the center of transformation. You'll manage complex logistics that keep transformation leadership moving forward while handling highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Operating with startup-level agility and an ownership mindset, you'll orchestrate the operations behind innovative changes that define JLL's future, coordinating activities that drive organizational adoption across all business lines. At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way for our clients, ourselves, and our fellow employees, and you'll be instrumental in fostering the connections and executing the details that make transformation successful during this period of significant organizational evolution.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Manage complex executive calendars and international travel logistics for the Chief Transformation Officer and JLL leadership team across global time zones, proactively identifying and resolving calendar conflicts

  • Coordinate cross-functional transformation meetings and strategic planning sessions by securing resources (room bookings, materials, technology) and ensuring seamless execution that keeps stakeholders informed and engaged

  • Exceptional discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive strategic information, with professional judgment in all activities

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with capacity to orchestrate multiple activities simultaneously, balance competing priorities, and deliver results under pressure

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to represent executive leadership professionally

  • Self-starter mentality with ownership mindset, demonstrating ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and complete projects with minimal guidance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Background in fast-paced environments requiring adaptability, ability to handle ambiguity, and comfort with risk and uncertainty

  • Demonstrated interpersonal savvy with ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups with diplomacy, tact, and cultural sensitivity
