We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Accounting team. In this role, you will support monthend close activities, prepare quarterly statutory financial statements, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. The Senior Financial Analyst will also research and interpret relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements, while driving process improvements that enhance financial accuracy, performance, and operational efficiency.

Key Accountabilities



  • Prepare and deliver accurate GAAP financial statements, statutory reporting, and other regulatory filings.
  • Support monthend close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and analytical review.
  • Research, interpret, and apply accounting standards and regulatory requirements to ensure full compliance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
  • Partner with crossfunctional teams to gather and validate financial data.



Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis/reporting
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF/IFS, and data modeling).
  • Audit experience preferred but not required


Preferred Qualifications



  • Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles and processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to analyze and validate both financial and nonfinancial datasets.
  • Proven ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve discrepancies using historical data and reporting insights.
  • Strong datamanagement capabilities and the ability to balance analytical work with accounting requirements.


This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite, on average, 3 days per week. We are open to candidates located near one of the following office locations: Minnetonka, MN and Madison, WI.

The full salary grade for this position is $70,200 - $120,400. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $70,200 - $105,315. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
