About the Company McKesson is a leading healthcare distribution company that supplies pharmaceuticals and pharmaceutical supplies to various healthcare facilities including hospitals, pharmacies, physicians' offices, home care agencies, long-term care facilities, and surgical centers. Shift & Compensation: Shift Details: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, or until completion of tasks. Compensation: $20.92/hr. Key Responsibilities Performing physical tasks related to shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing products Unpacking and checking goods against purchase orders or invoices Maintaining records of received goods and rejecting unsatisfactory items when necessary Pulling and filling customer orders Working with RF scanning equipment to maintain inventory records Posting weights and shipping charges and preparing goods for final shipment Potentially preparing kitting packages for assembly production Operating power equipment including forklifts and other warehouse tools Physical Requirements Ability to lift 20-50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift without assistance Must be able to bend, sit, stand, twist, and stoop for long periods Walking up to 10 miles throughout a shift Standing and engaging in repetitive movements throughout the entire shift Ability to work with RF scanning equipment Qualifications Typically requires 3+ years of related experience Working knowledge of Material Handling processes Experience in fast-paced distribution or warehouse environments Strong reading and basic math skills for managing order documentation Ability to work overtime (mandatory overtime typically occurs Monday-Wednesday) Benefits and Perks 16 PTO days for eligible employees, plus paid holidays Customized medical, dental, and vision packages Potential health discounts through the company's Wellness program Performance-based financial incentives on top of regular pay On-the-job training for operating power equipment Climate-controlled facilities with state-of-the-art systems and equipment Work Environment The position is described as being in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
