Customer Service Representative - Order Processing & Customer Support Thermach LLC designs and manufactures advanced thermal spray equipment and turnkey coating systems used around the world. We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who can manage customer orders, quotations, and delivery coordination while serving as a reliable point of contact for our customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in accuracy, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction. About the Role The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing customer orders, preparing quotations, and coordinating closely with operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery. You will interact regularly with customers, production, and internal teams to keep orders moving efficiently. This is not a call-center role-this is a hands-on, business-to-business position that plays a key role in supporting our customers and keeping operations running smoothly. What You'll Do Order Management Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner Verify pricing, quantities, and delivery requirements Enter and maintain order data within ERP systems Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers Coordination with Operations Work closely with production, purchasing, and shipping to support on-time delivery Communicate priorities and customer expectations internally Help resolve order or delivery issues through cross-functional coordination Issue Routing & Escalation Identify when customer needs require technical or sales support Direct inquiries appropriately to: Business Development Manager (system sales opportunities) Service Team (service-related needs) Engineering Manager (technical/application questions) Ensure smooth handoff and follow-through What We're Looking For 2+ years of customer service, order processing, or inside sales support experience (manufacturing or industrial environment preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving Why Join Thermach?
