What You Need Strong work ethic and ability to maintain consistent productivity Self-motivated and able to stay on task with minimal supervision Attention to detail Dependability and punctuality Knowledge of proper handling of industrial cleaning chemicals Strong awareness of safety procedure What You'll Do Every Day Clean and maintain shop floors, workstations, restrooms, and break areas Sweep, mop, and scrub floors, including removal of oil, grease, and coolant spills Dispose of metal shavings, scrap materials, and industrial waste safely Empty trash and recycling containers Clean machinery exteriors and surrounding areas (no operation of machines required) Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines Use cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and industrial vacuums Complete assigned duties in a timely and productive manner Assist with general facility upkeep as needed Why You'll Want to Stay Fair weekly pay Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Short-term disability Optional 401(k) Employee discounts "It kept me busy and productive.
