The Facilities Supervisor (M1) is responsible for supervising daily facilities and maintenance operations within an automated operations environment. This role ensures the reliability, safety, and performance of mechanical, electrical, automation, and select ITrelated systems that support site operations.

Based in Olive Branch, MS, the Facilities Supervisor leads a team of maintenance professionals, partners with vendors, and oversees preventive maintenance programs. The role focuses on daytoday execution, team leadership, and shortterm operational objectives, while ensuring compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
  • Supervise daily facilities and maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, automation, and facility systems
  • Provide work direction, assign priorities, resolve routine issues, and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
  • Support and maintain equipment such as conveyors, refrigeration systems, pneumatic systems, and facility infrastructure
  • Oversee site preventive maintenance programs utilizing a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
  • Maintain accountability for spare parts inventory, usage, and availability
  • Review work orders, reports, and equipment data to identify trends, risks, and maintenance priorities
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to support proprietary and commercial systems
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer hardware, networks, and peripheral devices related to facility systems
  • Maintain site safety and security programs, including LOTO, hazardous waste compliance, and facility inspections
  • Develop and maintain preventive maintenance procedures and repair documentation
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop maintenance team members
  • Promote a safetyfirst culture and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Basic Requirements

(Aligned to Career Framework - Minimum Education & Typical Experience or Equivalent Combination)
These must be clearly reflected on a resume:

  • 3+ years of facilities or maintenance experience, including demonstrated leadership or supervisory responsibility
  • Experience supporting mechanical, electrical, or facilities systems in a production, warehouse, or automated environment
Preferred Skills / Experience
  • Experience supervising maintenance or facilities teams
  • Background in automated, manufacturing, distribution, or fulfillment environments
  • Mechanical and electrical aptitude (e.g., conveyors, PLCs, pneumatics)
  • Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS tools
  • Experience troubleshooting computer hardware, networks, and industrial systems
  • Strong problemsolving and rootcause analysis skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business systems
  • Experience working with vendors and external service providers
Work Environment, Schedule & Physical Requirements
  • Onsite role in an automationsupported operations environment
  • Scheduled Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:45 PM
  • Overtime required as needed to support operational demands
  • Ability to lift and carry 20-100 lbs as required
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform handson troubleshooting
  • Minimal travel expected

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $54,500 - $90,900
