Description

Schedule : Monday to Friday, day shift

At the direction of Quality Manager and Compliance Director completes audits and develops workflows. Ensures documentation of compliance with policies and procedures is maintained at the appropriate department and site levels. Provides technical assistance to members of the Leadership Council in terms of regulatory compliance, quality monitoring and documentation. Assist in preparations for on-site surveys by regulatory agencies, as directed.

Required Qualifications:



  • Associate's Degree - Health related field or equivalent educ/experience.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree - Health related field.
  • 3 years - Quality improvement experience in health and/or social service agency setting.
  • Experience with EMR.
  • Experience with report writing software.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
