Genesis10 is seeking an AI Senior Business Analyst for a 6-month contract assignment with an insurance client. This position will work in Chicago, IL Compensation: $80.00 - 90.00 per hour, W2, depending on skill and experience level. Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite) The AI Senior Business Analyst will lead requirements and workflow design efforts across complex underwriting transformation initiatives. This role is both strategic and hands-on-you'll work directly with stakeholders to shape solutions, while also ensuring high-quality deliverables across initiatives. What You'll Do Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and workflow design for AI-enabled initiatives Design future-state underwriting processes and identify gaps in current workflows Partner closely with product managers, stakeholders, and technology teams Facilitate workshops and drive alignment across business and technical groups Ensure consistency and quality across business analysis deliverables Provide guidance and mentorship to other analysts as needed What You Bring 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, including leading complex initiatives Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills Experience designing workflows and translating business needs into solutions Strong experience with Visio or Lucidchart.
