Job Description Terracon is growing and we need additional recruiting support to help us find great talent! General Responsibilities: This is a busy role where you will be supporting multiple offices throughout Texas. With this in mind, our preference is to find someone in Dallas, Lubbock or Houston. In this role you will conduct full life-cycle recruiting support to fill roles such as engineering technicians, field supervisors, and project managers. You will partner with managers to develop job postings and set up advertising campaigns. Source, screen and interview applicants. Assist hiring managers with offer negotiation and the offer letter process. May participate in college/university recruiting, job fairs and trade shows. Ensure regulatory and company policy compliance. Our ideal candidate will have experience in both high volume professional level recruiting. Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
