Our clients marketing team is seeking a strategic and analytical leader to serve as their Data & Analytics Projects Lead. In this critical role, you will be the central expert for data and analytics within their marketing organization, bridging strategic vision with robust data execution & insights. You will define, prioritize, and drive the analytics roadmap, leveraging your analytical skills to collaborate with XF measurement teams as well as conduct analyses and generate insights that shape marketing strategy and investment decisions across apps. This role is essential in ensuring marketing initiatives are grounded in rigorous data, delivered with the unwavering commitment to user privacy, and continuously optimized for impact. You are a seasoned marketer, flawlessly balancing analytical rigor and strategic thinking.

Key Qualifications



  • 8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, martech, business or marketing strategy, or related functions, preferably within the technology, digital media or gaming industries
  • Demonstrated expertise in analytics, extracting & applying actionable insights from complex data sets, data governance and infrastructure maintenance in complex, multistakeholder environments
  • Strong foundation in research methodologies, experiment design, and extracting actionable insights from data
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing ambiguity
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior leadership
  • Comfort with both quantitative analysis and qualitative research; strong analytical mindset paired with strategic thinking
  • Experience with marketing measurement frameworks and modeled measurement including match market testing, A/B testing, Attribution & AAK, LTV modeling, causal inference
  • Knowledge of digital marketplaces, developer ecosystems, and platform economics a strong plus
  • Strong project management skills with experience driving cross-functional workflows, managing roadmaps, and prioritization


Responsibilities



  • Serve as SME of data & analytics on the marketing team, overseeing analytics project roadmap, data governance, and infrastructure development
  • Act as critical liaison between marketing and XF Measurement partners to drive analytics projects that inform marketing strategies and investment decisions
  • Define and own the strategic roadmap for data and analytics projects, ensuring alignment with marketing priorities and business goals across global and US teams
  • Partner closely with Data Science, Analytics & Martech teams to prioritize work, manage their capacity and drive cross-functional collaboration to produce insights from complex data sets
  • Independently conduct analyses, perform data exploration, and synthesize insights from various data sources to address immediate marketing questions and identify opportunities
  • Proactively source, refine, and prioritize analytics project briefs from diverse global marketing stakeholders, synthesizing varied needs into a cohesive, impactful plan
  • Champion our commitment to user privacy by partnering closely with Legal and Privacy teams to uphold best-in-class data governance standards for all marketing data
  • Lead the planning, briefing, and coordination of data infrastructure-related projects for marketing data, working with MarTech, Tools and Data Science partners to ensure our data ecosystem supports future needs


Education & Experience Required



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistic, Applied Mathematics, Data Science or related field
  • Familiarity with marketing measurement frameworks, attribution models, and analytics tools


Preferred



  • Advanced degree (MBA or similar)
  • Experience in the technology industry or with digital platforms
