Position Summary
The primary location of this position is on-site in Cullowhee, NC.

This position plays a vital role in keeping department operations running smoothly by supporting a wide range of administrative, financial, and logistical functions. The incumbent is responsible for monitoring the department budget, managing purchasing and inventory across two locations, and coordinating the full range of staffing contracts each semester in partnership with departmental leadership and Human Resources.

A key element of this role is serving as the department's events coordinator, bringing together faculty, staff, and graduate assistants to plan and execute meaningful departmental events - from orientation and white coat ceremonies to research days and graduation celebrations.

Day-to-day, this position serves as an important point of contact for students, faculty, and guests, handling a variety of clerical and administrative responsibilities that keep the department connected and organized. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who is comfortable managing multiple priorities and working collaboratively across all levels of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications
