Position Summary
Focused on optimizing raw material spend and sourcing outcomes. This role partners closely with key stakeholders to assess current sourcing strategies, identify improvement opportunities, support supplier selection, and contribute to pricing and contract negotiations. The role will also support supplier performance evaluation to ensure quality and service requirements are met while delivering measurable cost, efficiency, or risk reduction results within the project timeline.

This role works closely with aerospace transparency manufacturing and production facilities to coordinate production schedules, delivery schedules to commercial and military customers. This position is responsible for supporting forecast planning, budgeting, and collaboration with corporate procurement functions.

Responsibilities
*Responsible for preparing and executing, negotiating and developing contract pricing, terms and conditions.
*Must keep up with market conditions and maintain an agile mindset to flex resources and external capacity to meet changing business needs.
*Ensure optimal sourcing, supplier selection, pricing, contracting and commercialization while meeting quality and service level requirements for their spend area.
*Monitor supplier performance on an ongoing basis
*Ensure proactive risk management strategy
*Complies with all Procurement and company policies, procedures, and practices, and promote adherence across the organization

Requirements:
*Bachelor"s Degree, preferably in Business / Engineering.
*SAP Experience would be a plus.
*In-depth knowledge of Raw Materials sourcing
*Aerospace Coatings or Transparencies experience is a plus
*Supply chain experience
*Experience leading and managing multiple projects
*Experience developing and managing KPI"s
*Experience in a manufacturing environment
*Experience in orders / settlements/contracts

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
*Knowledge of procurement methodologies
*Background in Procurement supporting manufacturing / commercial / corporate functions in various operating models.
*Communications skills
*Strong knowledge in strategic sourcing process and category management.
*Excellent project management skills.
*Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
*Proven analytical skills (e.g. data analysis, business processes).
*Possess foundational finance knowledge such as P&L analysis, budgeting, cash flow, etc.
