Senior NOAM Seasoning Supply Chain Manager

• Lead sitePlanning, Inventory, and Logisticsteams; set strategy, priorities, and execution standards.

• Own service performanceendtoend; coordinate with Customer Service, Demand Planning, Raw Material Planning, Production, and Warehouse to meet or exceed customer SLAs.

• FacilitateSIOPcycles-translate annual production goals and monthly forecast targets into executable plans and capacity scenarios.

• Partner withProcurementto ensure supply of critical raw materials; monitor constraints andescalate risksproactively.

• Manageinventory healthto reduce SLOB, optimize working capital, and improve service; lead reserves and disposition decisions.

• Driveproduct lifecycleand formulation change reviews to mitigate supply risk and assure smooth transitions.

• Implementcontractor/3PL policiesand best practices across scheduling, warehousing, and logistics.

• Build and maintainmaster data integrityand KPI dashboards that power decisionmaking and continuous improvement.

• Colead with Production onefficiency initiatives(batch size optimization, cycletime reduction, efficient planning) to lower costtoserve.

• Bachelor's degree inSupply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering(Master's preferred) or equivalent experience.

• 10+ yearsin supply chain management withinflavors/food or related manufacturingenvironments.

• Strong knowledge ofrawmaterial sourcing (flavor ingredients), manufacturing processes, and capacity planning.

• Demonstrated successreducing SLOBand improving service while lowering inventory costs.

• Proficiency withERP systems(e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and supply chain analytics tools.

• AdvancedExcelskills; comfortable with datadriven decisionmaking and scenario modeling.

• Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and stakeholder managementacross functions and levels.

• Experience leading teams, building capability, and implementingperformance/KPImanagement.

• Handson experience withLean/Six Sigmaand structured CI toolkits.

• Proven leadership ofSIOPtransformations at site or network level.

• Background innetwork logistics/3PLoptimization and warehouse automation.

• Lead avisible, highimpactagenda that advances service, cost, and workingcapital outcomes.

• Collaborate acrossOperations, Quality, Procurement, and Commercialto shape endtoend supply reliability.
