Role Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced ERP Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong hands-on expertise in CGI Advantage 4.0 to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data conversion, and reconciliation activities for a large-scale public sector ERP implementation. This role will act as a cross-functional advisor, ensuring that test scenarios, business processes, and data validations align with actual Advantage 4.0 system behavior and configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide deep functional expertise in CGI Advantage 4.0 (Core Financials, P2P, AR/Billing, Projects/Grants)
  • Review and validate UAT test scenarios, scripts, and workflows to ensure alignment with system functionality
  • Support data conversion and reconciliation activities, including GL validation, trial balance checks, and mock conversions
  • Participate in defect triage to distinguish between configuration issues, data issues, and true system defects
  • Act as a liaison between business SMEs, UAT team, and technical/configuration teams
  • Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to internal team members on system behavior and best practices

Required Experience:

  • 8 years of ERP experience with at least 3-5 years in CGI Advantage 4.0
  • Strong experience in UAT support, test validation, and defect triage
  • Experience with ERP data conversion and reconciliation processes
  • Public sector or government ERP experience preferred
