Membership Sales Manager - Parker, AZ
Location: Hybrid (90% field-based within the market; 10% remote)
Candidate must live within 50 to 75 miles of Parker, AZ
The territory includes the following counties: Parker, La Paz, Mohave and Yuma
On Target Earnings: $75,785.28 - $180,000
Two fixed base salary options are available - $35,000 or $45,000 (non-negotiable).
Includes Car Allowance and Uncapped Commission

We are seeking a locally rooted, community-driven Membership Sales Manager to generate leads and sales for our AirMedCare Network membership across Parker, AZ and surrounding counties. This role is ideal for someone who understands the unique needs of river towns, rural communities, agricultural regions, and small municipalities, and who values face-to-face relationships over desk-based selling. As a visible, trusted presence in the community, you will build strong local partnerships and a sustainable sales pipeline that supports both territory goals and team performance.

AirMedCare Network (AMCN) is part of Global Medical Response (GMR), the largest medical transportation company in the world. AMCN delivers compassionate, quality medical care, primarily in the areas of emergency and patient relocation services in the United States. We offer unique membership programs including emergent air, Fly-U-Home, and ground ambulance services that provide peace of mind to families, employers, seasonal residents, and communities, especially in rural and geographically remote areas like those surrounding Parker, AZ.

Responsibilities:

* Drive Local Impact: Sales Manager spends approximately 90% of your time in the field meeting people where they live, work, and gather. You will engage local businesses (70% B2B focus) such as marinas, farms, companies, manufacturers, tribal enterprises, and local employers, as well as individual consumers (30% B2C focus), educating them on the value of AMCN membership in rural and remote settings where access to emergency care can be limited.

* Develop Relationships: Identify and cultivate new leads through door-to-door outreach, cold calling, referrals, community events, county fairs, river and seasonal festivals, chamber of commerce activities, first responder partnerships, snowbird outreach, and local networking opportunities common to the Parker and Western Arizona region.

* Sales Process Management: Sales Manager will manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing, using a consultative, educational approach that clearly connects AMCN's services to real-life scenarios faced by families, employees, outdoor enthusiasts, and business owners throughout the territory.

* Champion with Purpose: Represent AMCN as a trusted local resource by maintaining a consistent presence at community functions and by building long-term relationships with civic leaders, healthcare-related organizations, employers, and small businesses to strengthen brand awareness and credibility across the region.

Qualifications:

* Education: High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. Comfort with frequent regional travel, including long distances and rural highways, is essential.

* Sales Expertise: 3 years of previous B2C or B2B solutions-based field sales experience, including cold calling and prospecting, preferred. Experience selling in close-knit, relationship-based, or rural markets is a strong plus.

* Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of healthcare, insurance, or emergency medical transport services, preferred. Understanding the healthcare access challenges faced by rural, desert, and river communities is highly valued.
