Subject Matter Expert Level III

Join Cherokee Federal as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Level III. You will consult with clients to develop solution options, evaluate impacts and risks, and guide planning and budgeting for advanced, high-complexity initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Subject Matter Expert Level III: $197,836.16

Pay commensurate with experience.

Subject Matter Expert Level III

Responsibilities Include:

• Consult with clients to evaluate and recommend solutions that meet stated goals.
• Analyze client strategy, operations, and current technology architecture to develop optimized solution options.
• Provide consultation on solutions planning, impact analysis, risk assessment, and budgeting.
• Provide financial analysis to determine ROI/ROA when required.
• Work autonomously on advanced, complex technical projects or organizational issues; lead through recognized expertise.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Subject Matter Expert Level III Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

• Master's degree in a related field.
• 12-15 years program experience in related areas.
• 5 years in leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ability to advise stakeholders and drive complex solution decisions.
• Strong analytical writing, briefing, and executive-level communication skills.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
