Job Description Shift: Morning Shift Premium Amount: $0.25 Pay Rate: $36 per hour Position Summary: This position is responsible for providing maintenance support to Duncan Automation Center. The candidate must have a strong industrial, mechanical, electrical knowledge, and hydraulic knowledge. A basic understanding of CNC equipment is preferred. The candidate should possess basic computer skills, have an excellent work ethic, and be safety minded with the ability to work in a group environment or independently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Perform industrial mechanical maintenance to meet safety, housekeeping, quality, cost, and production requirements with minimal supervision. * Perform trouble shooting and calibration. * Perform overhauls and preventative maintenance inspections on machinery and equipment. * Install new equipment and make modifications to existing equipment. * Rebuild equipment components. * Perform standard maintenance tasks to maintain facilities and grounds. * Accept personal responsibility for condition of assigned equipment. * Prepare written and verbal reports/recommendations. * Assist other maintenance team members as required in support of plant goals. Qualifications Education: * High School Diploma or GED required. * Two-year technical degree preferred. Requirements: * Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Industrial Mechanical maintenance or related field. * Strong electrical background preferred. * Millwork, machine work, and welding experience preferred. Other Requirements: * Teamwork and interpersonal skills. * Safety conscious mindset. * Use of MS Office. * Experience using a computer (SAP, MS Office, Lotus Notes experience desired). * Ability to drive a forklift. Physical Requirements: * Able to stand for prolonged periods of time. * Able to frequently lift up to 30 lbs. * Able to frequently ascend/descend a ladders/stairs as required to repair equipment.
