Your Role on the Team Position Summary: The System Director, Supply Chain Operations and Clinical Integration is responsible for the operational leadership, administrative oversight, and systemwide coordination of all supply chain operations. The incumbent is accountable for the performance of supply chain operations ensuring consistent, high-performing, and reliable supply chain execution across the health system, including financial accountability for all assigned functions. This role maintains accountability for the operational performance of inventory management, distribution, logistics, and nursing and clinical supply execution across all facilities, including perioperative, procedural, and ambulatory environments, and is responsible for establishing systemwide standards, ensuring efficient supply chain operations that support the delivery of safe patient care. The System Director leads and optimizes a unified enterprise ERP platform across all hospitals and ambulatory sites, ensuring data integrity, standardized workflows, and real-time visibility into supply chain performance and financial outcomes. This position partners closely with Strategic Sourcing and Contracting leadership to translate contracting strategy into operational execution and value realization across the enterprise, and advises executive leadership on how supply chain operations and clinical integration may impact organizational strategy. The System exercises wide latitude of authority in determining departmental goals and measures to achieve systemwide supply chain operational and clinical integration objectives.
