Impact You'll Make

  • Support the growth and effectiveness of Stout's CRM by driving user adoption, engagement, and best practices across Sales and Marketing teams.

  • Enhance data quality and reporting capabilities to enable more informed, data-driven decision-making.

  • Contribute to scalable CRM processes through innovation, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Help build a strong foundation for CRM excellence, positioning the platform as a critical driver of commercial success.

What You'll Do

  • Perform day-to-day CRM administration, including user setup, permissions, and data governance.

  • Maintain and improve CRM data quality through audits, deduplication, and process enhancements.

  • Assist with onboarding new users and support ongoing user adoption efforts.

  • Create and maintain documentation, process guides, and training materials for CRM usage and policies.

  • Support Sales and Marketing teams by aligning CRM functionality with business needs and goals.

  • Monitor CRM usage and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.

  • Assist with integrations across internal systems and data platforms.

  • Support-and grow into leading-training sessions for Sales and Marketing users on HubSpot best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features, automations, and system enhancements.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred).

  • Foundational understanding of CRM data management, including data entry, hygiene, and deduplication.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and basic analysis.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and maintain accurate data.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to support training, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.

  • Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and escalate when appropriate.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools quickly and apply them effectively.

  • Curiosity and interest in leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications
(Candidates do not need to meet all preferred qualifications to be considered.)

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM, including workflows, sequences, and Operations Hub.

  • HubSpot or related CRM certifications.

  • Experience in a B2B marketing or sales operations environment.

  • Familiarity with CRM integrations (e.g., ZoomInfo, RingLead, or similar tools).

  • Exposure to marketing automation, campaign tracking, or lead nurturing processes.

  • Experience building dashboards and reports in HubSpot.

  • Understanding of data governance best practices and experience supporting data cleanup initiatives.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,000.00-$75,000.00 annually. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan. Available benefits are based on eligibility. Depending on employment category, Stout offers Personal Time Off per calendar year based on standard work hours and years of service or Discretionary Time Off.
