The Opportunity The Digital Strategy Group (DSG) works with C-level leadership at Adobe's top customers to craft strategies for customer-experience transformation and digitalinnovation. Our engagements employ Adobe's digital benchmarking capabilities, industry trends, customer-journey mapping, organizational assessments, and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations. We also bring a deep industry perspective to the organization, delivering vision, published thought leadership, and aligning the ecosystem on an overall industry go-to-market strategy. What You'll Do Take part in client-facing strategy engagements for senior customers. For each engagement, you will be part of a robust team that ispassionate about developing insights and recommendations! You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product experts, and enterprise architects to deliver value for customers. Develop as a customer leader and business leader! You will learn the Experience Cloudbusiness and develop your network as you collaborate with people across Adobe, including from Sales, Marketing, Product, and Professional Services. The Digital Strategy team supports clients across the following industries: Retail & Consumer Goods, High Tech & Manufacturing, Auto, Financial Services, Healthcare, Media & Entertainment, Travel, and Public Sector. You will complete a survey to determine your industry team close to your start date, where you will deepen your subject matter expertise as you execute strategy and industry marketing engagements. You will also engage with Center of Excellence teams that drive core tools and capabilities that fuel DSG engagements, such as experience design and value. What You Need to Succeed

Expected Pay Range: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $25.00 -- $30.00 hourly.
