About the Opportunity:
- Sets up test apparatus and conducts tests of electronic circuit card assemblies, RF circuits and subassembly units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences; lays out and assembles units for production electronic equipment according to designs and specifications.
- Adjusts and calibrates electronic assembly systems as needed.
- Corrects malfunctions by making adjustments or replacing parts or components as directed.

What You'll Do:
- Uses hand and small power tools, and various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties.
- Determines types of tests to be performed, approves and suggests modifications to testing equipment, and analyzes test results to evaluate performance of products and equipment.
- Assists engineers in design and development of test procedures for new products and recommends product improvements or manufacturing modifications.
- May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
- Troubleshoots to the component level.
- Utilizes schematic diagrams to isolate failures on Analog and Digital circuitry.
- Performs a variety of duties in the Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) Test area.
- Works from written instructions, schematics, engineering drawings.
- Operates related test equipment; conducts vibration and thermal tests and reports data in prescribed format.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of direct experience with testing electronic assemblies.
- 1+ years of Flying probe/high power test experience.
- 1+ years of experience with Environmental Stress Testing CCAs and subassemblies.
- 1+ years of military "backshop" experience where they repair and troubleshoot.
- 1+ years of experience with Electrical Troubleshooting, Diagnostic and Repair, Electronic Testing, Electronics circuit card troubleshooting and testing, Electronics troubleshooting.
- 1+ years of Physical Verification Experience.
What Sets You Apart:
- Needs a strong knowledge of Solid-State devices and micro-circuitry.
- Works in a dynamic production environment and is able to produce at a high level in support of customer schedules.
- Proficient in the use of various measurement devices including Digital Multi-meters, Oscilloscopes, Network Analyzers, frequency Standards, signal generators, and RF Power Meters.
- Proficient in the use of various measurement devices including Digital Multi-meters, Oscilloscopes, Network Analyzers, frequency Standards and signal generators.
- Proficient in component level troubleshooting of solid state, digital, and RF circuits.
- Able to use Microsoft Suite and other data collection programs to accurately document maintenance actions.
- Extensive RF Testing experience.
- Familiarity with Radar Systems.
- Vibration and Thermal ESS experience of both circuit card assemblies and sub-assemblies.
- Radio Frequency (RF) troubleshooting.
- Digital circuitry troubleshooting.
- Must have good organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Candidate must be able to read/write English.
- MIL-STD-167-1A (Vibration).
- Basic Computer Skills.
