Staffmark, Recruiter Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors in a high-visibility front office Handle unexpected walk-ins (including upset patients) with professionalism Support administrative tasks in a fast-paced medical setting Represent the organization in a polished, welcoming manner (you'll be in the VIP zone) Requirements: Strong clerical/front desk experience Calm under pressure & excellent communication skills Professional appearance & demeanor (this is a high-profile area!)
