Responsibilities The Defense Mission and Health Solutions team, Benefits, Claims & Integrity Solutions Operating Unit seeks a Senior Program Director to lead the new Medicare ClaimsCore Claims Processing program for our Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) customer located in Windsor Mill, MD. This innovative program seeks to implement a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) claims processing solution into the CMS ecosystem. The Program Director will lead the implementation delivery, planning, monitoring, and controlling of all tasks required for the program and will serve as the primary point of contact in communication with the CMS customer. The successful candidate will have extensive experience implementing COTS claims processing solutions in commercial or federal clients and liaison with the COTS vendor and CMS to ensure successful delivery. The successful candidate will be an experienced and results driven leader responsible for overseeing the P&L, program execution, and leading technical innovation as a key customer partner. The selected candidate will also drive growth efforts in support of broader Peraton business development efforts and will participate in business and proposal operations. What you'll do:

Target Salary Range $176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
