| Position Highlights |
The Administrative Support Assistant in the Department of Neurology performs very basic administrative functions for faculty members in the department. This position will primarily provide administrative support to Dr. Lalitha Madhavan while she is teaching the NEUR 450 undergraduate departmental course in the College of Medicine-Tucson. This position will also assist with general office functions, including ordering supplies and P-Card purchases. | Duties & Responsibilities |
- Provide required daily operations and administrative support
to Dr. Madhavan for the course NEURO 450. Duties may include initial technical setup for the course, setup for online components, managing communication with course students, and general organization and assistance. - Serve as the department P-Card holder. Support the department's
faculty and physicians with an understanding of allowable expenses, purchasing procedures, and reimbursement processing. - Perform general administrative duties for incoming faculty
members, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and setting up basic meetings, such as sending invites, tracking attendees, and preparing agendas.

| Minimum Qualifications |
- High school diploma or high school diploma equivalency is required.

- Administrative assistant/coordinator experience.
- Experience within UofA or Banner.
