Responsibilities Position Overview The Incident Manager is responsible for the end to end leadership of the Incident Management function, overseeing a team of technicians who manage incidents, escalations, communications, and trend analysis for the enterprise. This role ensures timely service restoration, drives process maturity, and provides strategic oversight based on ITIL best practices. The ideal candidate has more than ten years of experience managing technical teams in complex IT environments and brings a proven ability to deliver operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

Target Salary Range $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
