This Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and leading a team of warehouse associates to maintain efficient and cost-effective processes. Responsibilities:

Inventory Management & Control

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through systematic monitoring and control procedures

  • Execute regular cycle counting programs and inventory reconciliation processes

  • Analyze inventory discrepancies and implement corrective action plans to address root causes of errors

  • Ensure compliance with inventory management standards and protocols

Team Leadership & Development

  • Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse associates to optimize performance and productivity

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

  • Implement standardized training programs and development initiatives for warehouse staff

  • Foster a collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement

Process Improvement & Waste Reduction

  • Identify opportunities to enhance warehouse systems and operational processes

  • Develop and implement improved procedures specifically targeting waste reduction in Shipping & Receiving operations

  • Monitor key performance indicators and recommend process optimizations

  • Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Ensure all warehouse operations meet company standards and regulatory requirements

  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all warehouse activities

  • Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience

  • Work experience in a similar role

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Workday and Manufacturing ERP systems is desired, not required.

  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment

  • Experience in conducting and leading associates.

  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to analyze challenges and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.

  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and critical-thinking skills

  • Data analysis and presentation skills to identify trends and proactively address opportunities.

Starting schedule during warehouse launch will be Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Hours of operation will be modified as necessary to meet evolving plant business demands.
