We are hiring a Manufacutring Recruiter to join our team onsite in the Milwaukee area. Responsibilities * Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and scheduling * Partner with hiring stakeholders to understand needs and deliver qualified candidates * Maintain job postings, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting documentation * Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process * Support onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities as needed * Participate in recruiting events and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes * Prepare basic recruiting and workforce reports Qualifications * Experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition * Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills * Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office tools * Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
