Now Hiring for Quality Assurance Specialists with a benefits management company located in the Twin Cities metro!! This is a very attention to detail role where you will be reviewing health plans to ensure they are accurate and meet the client's standards. Must be qualified and have a minimum of an Associate's degree completed!!! MUST HAVES: Two or Four year college degree required; Degree preferences are Math, Biology, Business, Healthcare Admin, or History. Anything with an emphasis in research. 1 year of Excel experience (No V lookups or Pivot Tables) Knowing medical terminology, deductible, copay, provider language will help them stand apart. Job Description: This role will have the responsibility of quality testing all of the benefit plans. You will work in tandem with the technology team as they build the plan. You will then be working within a few systems to make sure the plan is built out correctly and to the specifications of the client. If the plan is missing something or the claim isn't adjudicating correctly, you will send it back to the tech team to correct. This role has a very high level of attention to detail, there is no phone work. You may communicate internally back and forth with their team / tech reps but that will be it. You will have a scorecard once out of training. You will be expected to work 25 plans a week. Schedule: Core hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm CST; you can pick your start and end time each day as long as you work the 6 core hours Must be able to work up to 8 hours of mandatory OT in their peak season of November & December; weekend hours required, but can work any shift/day of your choice (very flexible on day/hours for OT) Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
