Quick Facts Compensation: $200,000 to $300,000 annually Working hours: Full-time, Exempt, 90% on-site Reports to: Chief Executive Officer Industry: Marine Terminal Job Functions: Operations The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) responsible for leading Husky's operational strategy and execution across Terminal Operations, Maintenance & Repair (M&R), Terminal Services, Safety, Labor Relations, Security, and the Management Resource Center (MRC). Partnering closely with the CEO, the COO drives long-term strategy while ensuring best-in-class performance in safety, productivity, efficiency, and customer service. This is a highly visible, results-driven leadership role requiring a decisive, people-focused executive who can lead complex, unionized operations in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. The COO will build organizational capability, drive accountability, and deliver measurable performance improvements while aligning operations with broader business objectives.
